Associate Director (f/​m/​d) Internal Consulting

For our client – a leading global pharmaceu­tical company based in Rhineland-Palati­nate – we are looking for an Associate Director (f/​m/​d) Internal Consulting.

Respon­si­bi­li­ties

• In your role, you will be a trusted advisor for our Business Units providing excellent consulting services to ensure the success of the company’s strategic and large-scale initia­tives
• As Associate Director, you will therefore design, manage and monitor these initia­tives across multiple functional areas, businesses, regions & countries
• With your experi­ence, you will lead strategic projects, providing direction and steer for managers/​ senior managers working on the project to facili­tate tasks and deliver­a­bles, and act as a trusted counter­part and sparring partner to the business
• Moreover, you will prepare, recommend and present actionable, client-sensitive solutions for projects to the business partner, steering- and executive commit­tees
• Antici­pa­ting future trends and upcoming challenges, you will actively contri­bute to depart­mental development by creating new metho­do­lo­gies, tools and concepts
• As experi­enced project leader, you will expose team members to strategic projects and senior manage­ment and providing regular guidance and feedback

Candidate Profile

• Very good Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Business Admini­stra­tion or Science, Medicine or other compa­rable academic quali­fi­ca­tions
• Long-term consulting experi­ence in top tier consulting firms or internal consulting for a pharma company, leading projects, ideally in the health­care or chemical industry
• Proven consul­tancy skills, including strategy development, organizational design or equiva­lent, business units/​ functional strate­gies, agile methods, etc.
• Ambition to solve complex problems in an ambiguous environ­ment and a general under­stan­ding of strategic and econo­mical “big picture” corre­la­tions
• Excellent commu­ni­ca­tion and presen­ta­tion skills in English are required. German language or further languages skills are an advantage
