For our client – a Consumer Health­care company (PE-backed) based in Düssel­dorf (Headquar­ters Stockholm/​Sweden) – we are looking for a Manager (f/​m/​d) Corporate Development and M&A.

Respon­si­bi­li­ties

• Support end-to-end M&A transac­tions, coordi­na­ting multiple workstreams across internal teams and external advisors
• Lead and manage due diligence processes, synthe­si­zing insights into clear, actionable recom­men­da­tions
• Perform financial modelling, company valua­tions, and build robust business cases in close colla­bo­ra­tion with commer­cial and opera­tional teams
• Contri­bute to negotia­tions by reviewing contracts and transi­tional service agree­ments to reflect business needs
• Prepare high-quality presen­ta­tions and materials for stake­hol­ders and executive decision-making
• Identify and evaluate potential acqui­si­tion targets through market research, scouting, and colla­bo­ra­tion with internal and external networks
• Support post-merger integra­tion and carve-out activi­ties in partner­ship with cross-functional teams
• Build strong internal relati­on­ships and act as a trusted partner on corporate development topics

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Admini­stra­tion, Finance, or a related field
• Several years of experi­ence in invest­ment banking, private equity, or corporate M&A
• Strong financial modelling skills and experi­ence building business cases
• Solid under­stan­ding of M&A processes and basic legal frame­works for share and asset deals
• Excellent analy­tical skills with a data-driven mindset and affinity for techno­logy
• Proven project manage­ment skills with the ability to manage multiple stake­hol­ders in fast-paced environ­ments
• Strong commu­ni­ca­tion and presen­ta­tion skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics
• Entre­pre­neu­rial mindset with a hands-on approach and strong drive to deliver results
• Fluency in English
