For our client – a leading provider of primary care (PE-backed) based near Mainz/​Wiesbaden – we are currently looking for a Manager (f/​m/​d) M&A.

Respon­si­bi­li­ties

• You’ll work closely with senior leader­ship across three countries and play a hands-on role in building a regional health­care platform
• You’ll run financial models and valua­tions
• You’ll support due diligence and deal execution
• You’ll prepare invest­ment memos and board materials
• You’ll liaise with legal, tax, and financial advisors
• You’ll turn analysis into actionable insights

Candidate Profile

• Univer­sity degree in Finance or Business Admini­stra­tion or a scien­tific degree supple­mented with a finance Background
• Several years of relevant experi­ence (e.g. Corporate M&A, Invest­ment Banking, M&A Boutique, Private Equity and/​or Transac­tion Services)
• Excellent analy­tical and financial modelling skills
• Strong commu­ni­ca­tion and presen­ta­tion abilities
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently and reliably
• Fluency in German and English
• Genuine interest in health­care and in building something meaningful
